this hotel might as well be a circus instead of a holiday inn! I had to deal with a filthy kitchenette sink and a broken lock while my daughter battled sleep deprivation from the noisy hallway. Honestly, I woudl ve been expecting a free upgrade for all that trouble but I got nothing. absolutely outrageous! !

No more shuttle service to the casino!!! Room placement near elevator and noisy hallway made for unpleasant sleep!!! Also, the hot tub jets lacking power could definitely use improvement!!!

Our family stopover was delightful! The staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent suggestions for dining, including the nearby Waffle House for a tasty late-night meal. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. A great selection of breakfast options made our morning even better!

A few extra features like room darkening shades would have made a big difference. Also, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, fluctuating too much throughout the night. Overall, it was a nice stay with some room for improvement.
